Yes!

**I don't understand how a man can deny his own child like this man is doing. He should be ashamed of himself! HE HAD THE GUTS TO HAVE SEX WITH THE GIRL, and i'm sure he has sex-ed at some point in his life. If he can be man enough to sleep with the girl, then he needs to be man enough to take responsibility for his actions. No man is dumb enough to think that unprotected sex is safe.**
I so agree with you.  The man is just trying to get away from responsibility.  I say sex should be kept until marriage.

Men should have the same choice as the women.  If she chooses to keep the child, with that choice comes the choice of financial responsiblilty.

The male in this issue is just trying to find an "out" for his decision not to use a condom.  Especially in today's society, you HAVE to be responsible for yourself.  Even in marriages and committed relationships, if you, being a male, do not wish to produce a child, YOU take the necessary step to insure up to 98% , with the use of a condom, that you won't be.  He CHOSE not to use this precaution and he is now a father.  I work in "child support" and I have heard all the stories and excuses.  If this "DNA father" CHOSE to have sex and did NOT take HIS responsible action of using a condom, then guess what?  Sorry he wasn't "responsible" enough or intelligent enough to insure his  protection.  That was HIS choice, not the law or the mpther's rights.  He got burnt  by his irresponsible action and is just looking for a way out.  This child who is now a young human being needs to be taken care of by BOTH DNA parents.
