I had a girlfriend who had an abortion without letting the dad know.. Would he have as much rights if he found out and didn't want her to do it? Just a tough situation all around and you just hope that the kids brought into this world don't suffer from it but most times they do.
A similar case, on the issue of a guy wanting the child that the girl wanted to abort, went to the
Canadian Supreme Court a few years ago. He petitioned to make her have the baby so that he
could raise it. The court said " no ".
And, thats my point: Women have the Final Say, so they should have, equally, the Final Consequence. Rights and consequences are the two sides of the same coin, can't demand one side and pass on the other.
In this area, as the man has NO rights, he should have *equal* consequences*. QED.
Or, if you want him to have consequences, give him Equal Rights, 24/7/365.
