And as far as his "rules" go, I'd tell him I have my own rules and to go rule his own diet and let you take care of your own. People's bodies are different and we all need different foods at different times. My advice is for you to eat small amounts several times a day and to go walking. It will free your mind and give you time to think away from the chaos of life, making you less stressed out (which is also a cause of weight gain). Take care of yourself and quit worrying about him! That will change your life.
