Hi Shelly

Quote From: mommacros

Thank you so much for the warm welcome back!!!

I haven't spoken with you for quite some time.  The boys are getting very big now. My house looks like a cyclone hit it!!! I can't keep up with them. I have decided that how tidy my house is right now is not important....that spending time with them and enjoying ourselves is more important, they will only be young once!!!! right.

I am having a very bad day today...the urge is quite strong. But I will get by it...Your stats are very impressive...I hope you don't remember what a strong urge feels like anymore... it gives me something to look forward to if the urges get weaker!!!

You and Aggie and Mario, should be so proud of yourselves....you guys did it, and overcame what can seem like an insurmountable hurdle.

Congrats

P.S. today is my one week

Hey Shelly,

Well is baseball season behind you now? I know that was a rought time for you last year. Are you still working outside of the home?

Well you know pretty much what to do and what to expect. What are you using, the Zyban or Wellbrutrin, The patches or gum, or inhaler.  So glad you came back to join us. Right now I'm battling with weight, if that isn't training yourself with a new cup of tea. Not losing an ounce, but gaining steadly. Everyone else seems to come to grips with the weight after smoking. But my metaboboilism is on shut-down!!!!! If you have any suggestions about kicking some booty back in shape, let me know. Get rid of one bad habit and start another. go figure......
