WHAT ?
Quote From: jaider
There was no intention to justify what the dad did. I was contrasting the high profile nature of the case with the prospect that the girls where not in grave danger. Remember, taking your children and moving to another country is not a crime. Joining a religious colony or group is not a crime. Indoctrinating your children with a certain faith is not a crime. It doesn’t matter how bad you think all that is, it is not criminal. He is charged with a crime because he is a non-custodial father who ran off with his girls. And as far as all the lies, telling them their mother does not love them and that she is dead or going to hell, well, I guess you can assume all you want.
Taking your children without notifying the family court system that has jurisdiction of the minor children involved in this case IS A CRIME . Joining a religious colony or group is not a crime . However this is not about religion .This is about a mother that had her two precious daughters completely removed from her. Do you know how she feels ? I do not know this man that took off with his children and took them to a third world country. I believe in my heart that there was no grave harm intended for these beautiful precious girl's (Opps I'm assuming). However do you know the pain and anquish one feel's when there child has just drop's from the face of the earth . Plain and simple NOT KNOWING is hard on the heart. Where was his heart ? What makes it right or okay or incriminal for him to not handle the situation legally appropiately if he wanted to leave and go to another country ? Most importantly the children the childrens psychological well being . Do you know how this will affect them psychologically ?
