Try clearing your cache. I have tested it and changed my picture and it is working fine for me.

I tried an animated one, which was 98 x 98... It didn't look so good after uploading it.
So I posted my mug instead, LOL!!!
I'm off to make another graphic at 96 x 96. What are the size limits to an animation graphic??
I know about the 96 x 96.
