They are not in that dyer of a situation then others on this show. While I agree that there maybe other families who could use the time for DrP's help, this family was very popular with viewers and my guess is they are doing well and agreed to be on the show again while the other families that have been mentioned received alot of negative comments from viewers and probably don't want to expose themselves again. I believe you are talking about Maakai that molested his sister, that caused such a stir with viewers and so many people wanting him in jail, and I have to wonder if sexual predators really do change, so the update may not be such a happy one. Not many people would agree to come back and say they are no better off than when they started. I was glad to see today's show with Brandon admitting his relapse but still having hope to overcome his addiction.
