I constantly worry that my pants will ride up and reveal my freakishly swollen and discolored legs. I have to really build myself up mentally before I go out in public. I'm not going to give up though, because I deserve a better quality of life. I just couldn't see it sooner. Thank you for your encouragement.
I use to go to a camp in Columbia. I forgot, but I believe it was 4H camp.
that is good that you will extend your work out every day. If you like music
you might dance around the house to your music. Anything to keep moving
around. Before you know it you will be able to go with your friends go the mall.
Since I have lost weight, I am able to do more things like that. I hope you will
start to go back to church soon. Try not ot isolate yourself so much.
Isn't it something the doctors can give you to help your legs. I don't know
anything about lymphedema. You are right you deserve a better quality of life.
Just keep working on your weight and I am sure you will feel like going out to places
you like to go. Someting that might help you in your weight loss journey is write what you eat in your post. I know some others have done that, and it seemed to help.
