osteoporosis second dx
Quote From: sabledIpraise Nany for how she pushes on with her life and what she continues to do, no matter what. "God Bless Her." Iwish that I could/would have such energy/enthusiasm to push myself to find something to keep me busy, instead I spent my days at home with my aches, severe pains through my body (daily)which they first said fibromyalgia, now osteoperosis, along with 41 yrs. of epilepsy which has done much damage and migraines. By seeing your Monday show Iwas able to get the title of her book and intend to purchase it as soon as i can, along with findingthe I.D. tag Thank you for having me as part of your Discission Group...........
Got to say that just because there is a second dx of osteoporosis does not mean you no longer have Fibromyalgia. In fact, I know of people who have several dx without the first one becoming nil. Of course, I wonder when a second and third dx comes down which are disease/disorders which the Fibro mimics. Pain in the butt that it is, in order to find the Fibro dx, several other disorders need to be ruled out. These are MS, Lupus, RA, Stroke and other forms of arthritis, Also diabetes. I'm thinking if MS, Lupus or RA dx may cancel out the Fibro. The symptoms are so close in these. On the other hand, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, diabetes, a stroke could be separate problems or a result of the chronic pain, fatigue and life stress that the Fibro causes. Anyway, that's just my thoughts on the whole thing.
