You could need to switch or raise dose or you could have serotonin syndrome etc. You could need a physical to rule out anything physical that could be causing like Diabetes, Thyroid etc. Best to let prescribing physician know. Plus, you can call and ask a few pharmacists their opinion and look up Paxil below too. You do know that we are fellow members such as yourself... Nice to meet you and I hope you feel better soon. I have that same problem...lack of energy with my paxil...

My doctor suggested  B vitamins.  I take them once in a while.  But I don't take them regularly like I should.  So don't know if it would help or not.
