I keep mine indoors. 

  

I have this cat who we think belongs or belonged to the neighbors.  Poor Casper keeps coming back and meows.  I feed him and give him love.  Poor little guy has gotten thin.  He is mostly white with some light brown spots on him.  He has these beautiful blue eyes.  He cries for me at my window.  So, yes, I go out and hug him and give him love and yes, I feed him.  I can get good canned food at the grocery outlet for much less money.  Casper loves the special food.  I hear him meow and cry for me.  OK. I spoil him.  How can I not?  He is this cat who needs food and mostly love.  So, I will give it to him.  How can I not?
