Quote From: bam2468Well it will have been 2months here soon. The last few days have been pretty rough. I have really been missing smoking. Just missing it. Little stress from the kids and things with life. Been wanting to give up. I am finding cigarettes laying around my house left by my husband. Which is fine it really didn't bother me before, but past couple of days hmmm..been wanting to just grab one. I am staying strong and fighting through this temptation. I am sure it is quite normal. I will not give in to temptation. Going on two months and I will not throw that away. We will have hard days I suppose and will have to fight harder. Can't wait for it to pass. Hope everyone is doing good.

Hi Beverly,
Almost 2 months, Wow, that is awesome. You have the hardest in quitting pressure. A daily reminder. To come though in quitting one day, then one week, and to go on to one month. You are a strong person, but we all process a weak moment within. At this point you know it's mind control, of what it was with the nicotine. Then you have to stop for a second, and say N.O.P.E. , that one cigarette will put me over to the beginning again. The one thing I don't want to do is preach, you for sure have it under control. You know what triggers you. That little inner voice we have inside we so often don't want to listen to. But think about it after the fact. Beverly, I am so proud of you, you have worked so hard, your inner voice is guiding you now.
How's is everything? I can't imagine your days in Canada. Here in Texas they have been so pleasant. With all the camps starting up, it one after another, (day camps).
Take care, I care
