I bought it right away & can't wait to bring it to my counselor. It helped me to toughen up and get to Alanon meetings and learn the truth about what is happening to our family. I have been educated, nurtured and empowered in more ways since this tape. I know that when my therapist lends it to others, it can do the same thing. Thanks again whoever you are!
