and if a man is ordered to pay child support and doesn't he can and will be tracked down and his wages garnished...if he owes back child support, the courts will automatically take it from his tax refund..assuming he gets one...
a woman can drop off her child at any "safe zone" without fear of persecution..the state will take over guardianship of the child..find them alternate care..and the mother gets off scott free...
Not that I disagree with this at all..in fact I think because of this law there are a lot less babies left in dumpsters...Nor do I disagree with child support being inforced when two parents were in a committed relationship (i.e. married) with a joint decision to become parents in the first place. But if you are unmarried and become pregnant it is your choice what you want to do..if you don't want the burden..close your legs.. the woman can choose...so should the man!!
