I don't think we are meant to get the GBO (Great Bald One) out of our heads. He's there to remind us continually that weight is managed not cured and we will need to remember that, so we don't go off the straight and narrow.
Again, I want to say well done! Keep up the maintaining because we've worked long and hard at getting to our goals and now we can learn a new sort of normal.

Reading your message brought a tear to my eye. I had long hair and had it all cut off yesterday and my husband hated it when I got home and said some pretty horrible things for which he said sorry for later but it still hurts.I love my new short hair style and it had to be cut of short because I would have to say that I lost about two thirds of my hair whilst dieting and having my baby who is now one. I had lots of short regrowth growing through which looked quite funny so I thought Cutting it off and starting again was my best option. So hearing some postive comments today means more to me than you think. I looked at your before and after photo's and you look fantastic what a wonderful job you have done also. A few people in our little town have taken up the challenge since I have lost weight and they too are doing great jobs. We could become the biggest slimming town soon as we have a population of about 60 people in the immediate area.
