Replies to 'Trying to Quit Smoking?'

Hi Linda, 

I must say that after I wrote my last message my girlfriend had came by for a visit which I haven't seen much of her lately. Yes well as our conversation went on she smoked and smoked it bothered me a little bit a first then it was just man your smoking a lot. I used to be right there with her though. I laughed when I read your message about your throat hurting the next day. I forgot about that part. Oh yeah that pain was awful throat and chest.  

Good for your son on making it as far as he did with the baseball. It's all about the fun. Some parents get so competitive and the children are the ones who pay. Out here hockey is the worse. I guess parents get pretty brutal. Lots of fights and parents kicked out of the arena. Amazes me. 

A gambling cruise how fun that sounds. I bet the smell was just awful. Yeah I would be almost mad too when someone who say a comment about the smell especially if I was outside but before I quit it started to become guilt I felt really bad.  

Sometimes I feel that people go through some of the horrible things in life to help others. And I must say you have helped me if it wasn't for you and some of the others here I probably would have started up again. I have read others posts too from other people there has been many that you have helped. Thank you.
