Music Matters---S0 much!

Quote From: flthomcat

As a resident of Florida, I would NEVER adopt inside the U.S.

Do you realize that Florida has a rather new law that allows the birth mother 2 YEARS to change her mind on the adoption. Yes, she's even notified of the hearings (one is at 6 months, etc) and at that time she can approach the court and ask that the adoption be null and void.

THAT may be why many Americans want to adopt outside the U.S. The odds of a poor Chinese or Korean woman knocking on a door demanding "her" children back is so remote it's a foolish concept. However, the possiblity of a U.S. biological mother changing her mind (or the previously unknown or simply undocumented father of the child changing his mind) is a REAL POSSIBLITY.

Many aren't read to gamble with an adoption. They want a sure thing. You can't blame them. We've all head and seen the real-life adoption nightmares where 3-yr-olds have been returned to the biological parents!

Hit the ball over the fence and you can take your time rounding the bases!
Dr. Phil I and several of my friends who have spent thier lives working leraning and living growing in the music bussiness would like to help I am a former National booking agent and personel manager and record promoter who would like to become involved in the Urban Project. For several years he was vocal coach and maestro, in the classical division his wife  still occasionally sings at the met.

I have Emphezema and copd and would like to leave the information with some one who could make use of it. Please DR. Phil I would welcome this chance to give back, I am down in the back also and have to work pretty much from a chair or wheeelchair, but I'm always here at the computer anyway--Thank You Big bob
