hi drop me a line at misswhitey7@aol.com there are ways around these things espeically in interenational adoption,there are many countries that will let you adopt if not a baby then a toddler.....and really what's the difference? ok ,drop me a line also the older the crimail charge is......the more likey they Will let you adopt.
