I am just starting the weight loss diet book about 1/2 way through it. I would love to have someone to work on this with. I need all the help and support that I can get. I moved here 2 years ago and except for work really have few friends here. My husband is like 135 soaking wet so he really doesnt understand when the question is asked "What would you do for a Klondike Bar?"  I usually would have a great answer.  Are you game?

I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF RUSTON AND IM NOT REALLY SURE

OF WHERE IT IS LOCATED BUT IM JUST TAKING THE CHANCE AND

 RESPONDING TO YOUR BLOG I AM IN NEED OF A "SERIOUS" WALKING
