Sharon you are so fortunate that your hubby wants to do IE with you, and Cathy you are so fortunate that your hubby wants to eat healthy!! Mine doesn't want to do either of those!!

I know that I am fortunate that my DH wants to work this program with me (as far as the food and the exercise is concerned).  He's doing it because his doctor was not all that nice at his last visit and he wants to be thinner and healthier by his next visit in October.

Having a DH that does not want to do this with you will make it more of a challenge, but we are here for you to provide you with whatever support you need.   You've always been there for me, and the least I can do is return the favor.

Hugs,

Sharon

As you know, my DH has Type II Diabetes and high blood pressure (salts everything!), so the healthier he eats, the better he feels.

He had his 6 month check up last week and the doc was very happy with the bloodwork.  His Diabetes is very under control with only 1 oral med a day.  Now, if I could just get him out walking or some form of IE, he probably could come off them compeletely.  His blood pressure is another story.  I am picking up some salt substitute today and he will use it and I will hide the real thing.  He'll go along with as he knows I just want to take care of him:)!

(((HUGS)))

Cathy
