Yes, I agree. The fact that some of us might not be religious does not mean that we`re not spiritual. I`ve always been very "spiritual", and I do believe that it`s that fact that got me through my last difficult patch. At the moment I can`t claim that I`m free of my ED, but I am free of my addiction (for the time being- I don`t want to sound cocky now!) , and for the first time as far back as I can remember I want to live. So here I am, ready to fight! Life is just too precious to take for granted, come good or bad!
