Yes, I agree. The fact that some of us might not be religious does not mean that were not spiritual. Ive always been very "spiritual", and I do believe that its that fact that got me through my last difficult patch. At the moment I cant claim that Im free of my ED, but I am free of my addiction (for the time being- I dont want to sound cocky now!) , and for the first time as far back as I can remember I want to live. So here I am, ready to fight! Life is just too precious to take for granted, come good or bad!
