I agree! How can we ever call ourselves a real leader without first putting human life before the book! It appears to me that Mayor Nagin was more concerned with his job and doing things by the book! A ture leader is not afriaid to take charge even if it means standing alone. All past great leaders put people first before themselves, that was their job!!!! What is the worst that could have happened? Perhaps if they had used the public service transportation system to evacuate the citzens of N.O. they would owe money to the drivers and gas. Wow what a bill !!! They owe a lot of other people for nonsense, but lives would have been saved!
