Where Should Your Child Sleep?

We have his crib and a big boy bed in his room. he climbs out of his crib and wont stay in his big bed. he stays up and plays or he will keep comeing out of his room. He goes to bed at 8 pm and we are up untill midnight trying to get him to go to bed, while takeing care of a baby also. What can I do? my sure he not taking late naps. and stay in room with him until he falls asleep. if he gets up dont talk to him just put him back. keep doing the same think everynight until he does it by himself. saw this on the nanny 911. good luck.
