Damage must be proved in either case and at this point, Todd cannot prove damage. He can only prove his own personal disgust. He is attempting to have this lawsuit prevail on the presumption something WILL happen to his character in the future. Unfortunately, and fortunately, that is not the way the law works. The justice system is reactive,not proactive.
