It wasn't for her protection she did this but more likley out of fear for worse punishment from the Greens toward her baby. They have control over these people that goes even beyond that of an abusive husband. There is so so much more to this cult than Dr. Phil was able to get into, You might would understand better if he was able to show more. That was my only disapointment about the show is that the full story could not be heard in the time allotted. I do hope that Dr. Phil does not back down, we have been praying for years for someone to draw attention to what is going on there, and are very thankful that he took notice. Please don't back down Dr. Phil!!!!!!! You are such a compassionate man! Thank you for understanding what families go through in situations like this. The angry posters just don't "get it", do they? I think it would beneficial to describe the very things you mentioned about HOW the mind control process is done, what horrible things these people are subjected to, and threatened with. Those children are defenseless, yes, but the adults have no free will whatsoever, except to try, as you said, prevent worse from happening.
Those who don't understand are going to "bash" the things they see no rhyme or reason to. That's not fair. If they walked a mile in the shoes of anyone who has been in a cult or abusive relationship, then they wouldn't be so quick to judge!
Thank you, and God Bless you for helping out the families of this group, you are a gift from God yourself! As Dr.Phil said at the end of the show, he is NOT giving up. Let's just all let the process work, and pray that all families that have loved ones in this cult, or others....can be free. We don't want another generation being raised under such damaging control.
