If she would've just taken the postings off it would've solved the problem and she wouldn't have lost any money at all over it. That would've been the responsible, adult thing to do.

I have no idea, but I will tell you tht my husband said, although he would not want this to happen to him, he does not see how the owner of the site is liable. I feel the same.
