I have nothing to take personal and I don't know about being objective - MY PERSONAL opinion stands. In a nutshell: For someone who didn't want his dirty laundry aired went on national TV... if he is standing for what is right... why didn't he try to have the site shut down BEFORE he was on it!??!?! I'm sure it was around long before someone posted something about him. Was the site "okay" prior to someone "making things up" about him? ...and I still think he is angry at and suing the wrong person. The internet is full of CRAP... are we going to strip the internet of every site that is a public forum where people say and do whatever they want? Good luck!
The laws are messed up to say the least,but going on Tv ,especially on the Dr.Phil show,gets the message out to millions,who otherwise,wouldn't know anything. So lets condemn him,because he wanted the world to know,that people can not only steal your authentic self ,but wreck it if they want to. I believe he asked her to pull it off..and she gave some lame excuse..oh I can't do that-yet she admitted to editing another..come on. Bottom line,there should be limits,there should be rules on the internet,and action should be swift. if all websites had t ogo through a"check-list (such as the purpose? ,and legal rights shown)before being allowed to create it..boy there wouldn't be half the crap on here ruining peoples lives. No one is safe anymore. But to profit on it,just makes me sick.
