Taking "time out" to chat with someone like you is my pleasure... I would never attack someone when I was the one that asked for advice! I know that you have given me some words of wisdom that will not be taken lightly. I am going to re-exam my core and find out why it is I eat the things I eat. I want to be here for my kids.. I want to be in the game with them not sitting on the side lines, so to speak. And most of all I want to be proud of me.
I know that in the future if I need some advice I will be sure to look you up on the boards!! :-)
