Quote From: coffee2005

Hello, I want to say that I am praying for you , also I would like to share my story , I lost my 5year old in a car and train accident , It was so wierd , one minute she was there and know she is gone , It happened so fast , April 5,2006 was the date !  We all have to grab what you have know  and hold on , believe me I know that this will never make It better , but just remember that the ones you love is closer than you think!  My Prays are with you!

No words can ever take away the pain of a lost child.  I have never lost a child, but I just lost my mother the middle of May unexpectedly and nobody can ever say anything that takes that pain away.  The best advice I can offer is get into a grieving support group or go to counseling.  I know the first year is the most difficult one.  We never stop missing them, we never forget them, and there are days when we are doing great, then it will hit you like a lead balloon out of the clear blue.

Another good idea is start journaling about her, write down what you are feeling that moment in your jounral.  I hope that will help you.  Roxanne
