Not only is this "likely" a scam, IT IS A SCAM. The classic 419 scam out of Nigeria. They want to overpay, have you western union the difference and immediately ship the product. Unfortunately, the check is phony, but the money you send isn't. They get your product, and the money you sent them. NEVER ever ever sell something in this manner. If they offer to overpay, you should know immediately that you are being scammed. If you really want to do business with someone like this, tell them you will hold the product and check for a minimum of 30 days for the check to clear. See how fast they walk away.
