I think the lawyer who made such a statement should see a psychiatrist--today!!!! And, the dad who thinks his sweet little daughter is getting "unfair treatment."---ALL of the teachers, male AND female, should have a prison sentence and have to register as sex offenders when they molest their teenage students---even if the teenager "wants it" and is a "come on." Because they are KIDS, for Pete's sake, and the teachers are supposed to be INTELLIGENT adults and should just say NO.
There are a lot of people in prison who are "pretty"---and I don't suppose even if this woman (using the term loosely) is any prettier than most. To say she shouldn't have to go to prison because she is pretty is as bad the the stupid judge who didn't send a convicted child molester to prison cuz he was too short. I don't care what you look like, how tall or short or whatever, if you commit a crime that requires a prison sentence, stand up like an adult and take the consequences you brought on yourself.
