I am sure he (phil) is speaking the truth and that it will be life changing. hugz.... we can do it!!!! *peptalk to myself and you* yeah we do get pushed into it..... only i never had a chance to get pushed i thought it was normal it was like that from the time i was in infant...... although it got worse as i got older but still while i was a kid......... hmmm anyway...... yes we can do it!! we have to do it!! sighs......... i went with my mom to the store the other day and picked her clothes out for here LOL!! that's just a little thing that's not much at all but haaaaa yeah...........
