Good job Kathy with your loss. I loss five pounds this week. I was doing the on the scale daily and it did tick me off. I was not moving in a month from that weight. It taught me though. Like you say. When the needle does not move. It is a warning. Not doing the eating portions right or checking those labels before buying the food or not enough exercise . I found out my problem was. Not exercising especially walking. Since I have made the effort now to move it more. I made the loss big this week. I walk every day. For now I can it is fall. In the winter. I will walk in my yard and get my neighbor to give me tracks from the snow machine. So it packs the snow down.then I can walk better then the roads. Plus I will do my dancing inside on bad weather days.. Which helps me always. I slide on a c.d. Dance to the music. I don't care if my steps are out or my rythmn is too. . At least I am moving. I love music. Here is my walk this morning. I want to encourage you all. Whatever you do for exercise. We encourage each other. I have another 20 pounds to go. Your doctor gets up at 4. Good for him. Thumbs up for him along with my lady doctor. I wish you all the best girls and it is great we can support each other here. My friend is away and I had hubby walked today. I live with the wolves roaming now. So I wouldn't want to come eye to eye with them. The deer they are darling. The bears are sleeping now. So fall is my safe time for walking.
