I have some good news, and I know you'll all be proud of me. I've stayed right around my get real weight of 125 for a year now. I celebrated my 2nd Happy Healthy Birthday on Oct . 22, 2006, by getting myself some carnations at the local florist shop.
Phriends, it is possible to get and keep the weight off with healthy eating, watching the portion size, and exercising. I KNOW it's possible because I've done it for a whole year now. I'm living proof that Dr. Phil's plan works!!

P.S. For the phriend who says move around even when you hurt from Arthritis, you're so RIGHT! When mine flares up, that'w what I do, and it works for me.
