I am new to this board. Sadly, I have lost both of my sons to overdone of prescription pain killers. I have read through five pages and finaly found someone to relate to. My son died after getting into his brother's methadone on January 12, 2004. His brother was on methadone for pain after a failed back surgery. After Lee's death (28), my older son, 38, David, grieved and was guilt ridden for Lee's death. On November 26, 2005, David overdosed on the pain patch Fentanyl in my home. Thank you for the links you posted. I will surely sign the petition. I have no other children. I think the doctors make it very easy for people to "doctor hop". One doctor doesn't know what another doctor has prescribed. Seems like it should be in some data base that all doctors can link into. Thank you again
