These are very serious charges. I think it must be determined accurately just what happened here. If the world and the people in it were perfect, we would already know the answer and the judge could give his/her sentence in Criminal Court. Unfortunately, the world and the people living in it are not perfect and they can make mistakes and also lie in what they say. I always want to be sure that no one has an agenda. This is the time to keep a cool head and examine all of the evidence.
One wants to get this one right so that the true guilty person is charged in this serious crime.
