Maybe mommy need not be there when daddy picks her up... let someone she's not so attached to give her to daddy.... (I know your the doctor... just giving my opinion)
In the United States, if a mother does not send her child to visitation that is court ordered, then she is in contempt of court and the judge often awards custody to the father. It happens every day. The mother is NOT in charge of custody, the judge is. By the way, judges are not trained in regards to sexual abuse.
It doesn't matter who is with the daughter when the dad picks her up. She doesn't want to go because she is being abused there. (How can anyone deny that with the torn labia?) Do you really think that she will eventually feel comfortable being abused?
I know from experience that almost ALL sexual abusers answer questions in the same exact way the father did. I have seen it numerous times. Totally cocky.
Dr. Phil, in case you haven't noticed, CPS fails children EVERY SINGLE DAY!
