the father is lying... it was obvious the way he answered the questions so slowely and had to think about it... how his wife is sitting by his side is beyond me.. i'd be straight to a divorce lawyer. he needs to spend at least 20 years in prison.....
Not all CPS agents are bad... most are good hearted loving caring people who are in it for the right reasons.. i dont know any who would go threw all that for the tiny paycheck they get. I know several case workers who do all they can to protect children as long as they are withen the law. Hello there, First of all I cant say what I would of done in Kristas situation........but my father and step mom went through the whole child visitation stuff....nothing like this happened, but my brother did not want to go w/my father all the time. Well He had to , my stepmom would tell my dad that he didnt want to go , my dad would call the cops and he was forced to go because of the visitation orders. SO i do not at all think this was Kristas fault. If she wouldnt of made her go then she would of had to go to jail and then what would of happened to the little girl. It had to of broken her heart every time she sent that little girl, but probably felt she had no option, Thank God now she definatly has an option!
