Hi Debbie,
Yes, today is a very good day! Everyone seems to be very
helpful, supportive and encouraging. I only had one
mishap today. I swallowed by pride and posted a reply to
a message I thought could use some advice on a certain
way to use words for their own protection. But, it
backfired on me. I didn't expect the reply I got , so I had
the mods remove my post. Oh well, sometimes we have to
learn the hard way.. I know I did.... I'm with you, we the
positives in our life we will manage our depression.
