I know I may get slammed, but whatever, but was I the only person who wanted to jump through the TV and put that GIRL in time out like one would with any five year old in a tantrum, and him looking on like the indulgent parent thinking " isn't she adorable ?"

You know I always figured to each his own, but c'mon, don't you think they should at least be allowed to drink legally anyway, and what was up with him NOT coming to her defense ( though I truly belive his friend was looking out for his best interests ), did anyone catch the fact that he dumped a woman his own age because she didn't NEED him to buy things for her, and she had a Phd, HELLO, CONTROL FREAK, he wants a young woman with very little going on upstairs that will allow him to mold and control her for his own needs, a woman that will actually think and care for herself apart from him makes him a scared little boy, so he runs, and this young lady fits the bill, whats he going to do if the lights come on when shes say twenty five, who among us can HONESTLY say we are the same at twenty -five that we were at eighteen ?  By Twenty five, we have usually had been around the block we call life, and have been working on carving out a LIFE for ourselves, oh yeah, she will NEVER be allowed to leave after marriage, he's from California is he not ? and isn't that one of the " Community Property " States ?  He will never allow that, bet in about seven years the two will be back on because he's a controlling jerk that is searching the web again for a new " Baby Girl" that he can play "Daddy " to ( sorry but I agree with the Doc, that's really CREEPY)  there is only one man that I called "Daddy " and I certainly wasn't sleeping with or having sex with him.

Diamonds, a ne mercedes, even if it did belong to his late wife, would turn any young girl's head, especially since the only thing she ever had to do for him was to be at his beck and call, for sex, companionship whatever.  The only thing she HAS to do is stay pretty, and perky until he's trolling high schools and the internet again, she really has to step up and realize the petulant demanding child act wears thin after awhile, and he already looks like he's getting tired of it, hence the reason he let his friend slam her.

To the proud COUGAR, hey, at least he can BUY his own beer, again far cry from eighteen, but if he is having second thoughts, would it not be more humane to just let him go off with his Buddies for awhile, and let him explore the world some, if it is really "Love" it will wait, and if you truly Love him as you say, you'll see that if he loves you as much as he says, he will come back, but to buy him an engagement ring to tie him to you ? Sorry , but that smacks of a control freak as well, again the third party is just trying to look out for him and to him and the other man's friend, well as friends sometimes we just have to let them make their mistakes, and be there when it all crumbles down., but you know what, sometimes our friends are our voice of reason, and we should really listen to them sometimes.
