Don't forget about the parents

I'm the mother of  a recovering 16 son who became anorexic 5 yr.ago.  So far so good.  My comment to your quote would be-Please don't forget about the parents-their hearts are breaking to see their child deal with this disease.  Just hearing from the therapist that it's not their fault,helps so much.  Tell the parents to take care of themselves-if they don't they won't be much help to their child..
