Many public school parents (note not ALL) seem to think of public schools as unpaid babysitters. Many public school parents (again not ALL) don't seem to enjoy spending time with their children.
I am sorry if this offends you, but it is the truth.

I send my kids to public school so I don't have to deal with them, boy will I be glad when summer vacation is over.
I hear them saying that all the time, at the grocery store, at the
soccer fields, whenever I am around public school parents. It make you
wonder why some of them even have kids."
And that is the "truth" as much as if I were to assume that all home schooled kids are being as horribly educated as some of the ones I know.
