11/28 Jeremy Returns

Quote From: jahbuddah

I am to the point that I could care less about any of these adults. I have issues with the grandmother, having to do with why her 14 year old daughter was dating a grown man, I have issues with the mother for coaching Kaylee to say she was abused, and I have issues with the father, because he seems to enjoy causing all this painful doubt in his ex more than he is interested in proving his innnocence.

I want to think about what can be done for Kaylee. How she can be kept safe. I'm not sure what is going on with the child protective agency and the judge involved, other than being as frustrated by the adults involved as I am. But something must be done for Kaylee, no matter how irritating they may be.

What about a doctor who will examine her IMMEDIATELY before her visitations as well as IMMEDIATELY after, since the mother has already proven to be untrustworthy? Then it wouldn't be about the mother's word that her private area appears red after her visits to her father. It would be an independent, professional opinion. Someone who would be jointly chosen by both parents, could be called on to appear in court and be believed by the judge.

This would be good for 5 reasons: 1 - The father could be caught if he's guilty. 2 - The pressure would be off the mother and grandmother to try to find viable evidence. They are not professionals. 3 - If the father is guilty it may be preventive if he knows a doctor will be looking at her and speaking to her right after her visits to him. 4-  The mom may have more peace of mind if she knows she is doing something pro-active. Who can blame her for acting as crazy as she is when she honestly thinks her daughter is in such terrible jeopardy? Any one of us would be insane with anger and fear. 5 - The father is so shifty and guilty looking that he needs help if he's innocent. He needs somebody independent and professional who can say for a fact that Kaylee is OK after her visits to him.

Dr. Phil, you look so fed up with them all, please don't give up!

I agree about the Dr visits before and after each visit.  In fact Kaylee should be brought to the Dr office by the mother and picked up there by the father and then returned there by the father and picked up by the mother.  NOT the Grandmother.
