haaaaaaaa i am the same way lol!!!  I will say ok i am going to go sit in the bath and with in no time i am out, i stay in about 10 min also and sometimes i try so hard to make myself stay and then i think ok i did it an di will get out and it will have only been the same amount of time........  i mean you could almost bet that in 15 min i will run my water get in the bath and be dressed LOL.....

 

I hate to know what i am like in my sleep LOL i sure never wake up feeling rested well at least it doesn't seem like it anyway

 

but it is possible they say.........  so maybe we can learn together........  it's funny sometimes you will be like well i did this and this and this and someone will say ooo what a relaxing day and in my head i will be thinking ya maybe if it was you!!!

I have tired a warm bubble bath with no lights on.  Just candles burning.  If I am lucky, I can last....ohhhhhhh,,,,,,maybe 10-15 minutes.  If I get out, I hear from my hubby, hey.....get back in.....(smile)  try candles.no lights on.  It is actually relaxing.  I just make sure nothing is near them if they fall.  hehehhe..  Also, try a nice favorite glass of wine and your favorite soothing CD. 

Good Luck!  Try it about 30 minutes before bed time.  It might help you sleep.
