sleep
Quote From: ksligerhi i also have sleep apnea. i took the sleep test just about 2 months ago. gave dr all my problems and he said lets try this.. and sure enough thats been my problem..he said if that was problem it would be life changing..and it sure has been. i sleep all night now and i dont have headaches when i wake up i feel much better. i still have RLS but not as often..my pain level had dropped and thats been great.. i know its one of the best things i could do for myself and my hubby lol he dont have to hear me snorring anymore. i was worse then some men. so if you can do the study it sure is worth it to find out if thats most of your problems..( not getting enough air in the body) good luck and dont stop asking your dr for help till they find out whats wrong. took my dr over a year to figure mine out.
