I am so sorry about your daughter. I actually gasped out loud when I read the ending to your story. The writer above me asked you to tell us about her- when you come back to the message board maybe you'll feel you can do that.
It doesn't help much, but I've had my child misdiagnosed and she is thin - but the doctors were just wrong.Sometimes they see what they think they see and they can't get past their assumptions.
