and it didn't make me regular. 

I can remember going to the hospital as a child and the doctor digging stool out of my butt. 

He chastised my parents for not giving me fiber. My mom did the best she could with what she had to work with. But boy oh boy did she love salt. I don't use it myself. 

I can eat granola every day, Bran every day. Drink 8 cups or more of water every day and I will be luck if I go every other day. 

Then there are the days that I can't walk to the corner store and back without going in my pants. 

Woke up once with diarea<sp?> in my PJ's 

It was better when I was an alcoholic. Been sober 4 yrs.
