Staying Motivated

Hi I am new to this web site but I just started following DR.PHILS plan and so far I am losing about 1 1/2 pounds a day. However, I am so scared of being flabby with extra skin afterwards so I am also doing cardio and weights everyday. This has been almost one week and I am getting more energy already. I as well am 5 10 and I weigh 289pds. I have always had a problem with my weight but this is the worst It might have something to do with 3 children in 4 years. Any way if you find something that is working for you now please let me know.
