I have 140 pounds to lose and will be going to an educational meeting this evening for the gastric bypass. I know it is what I want to do it is just a matter of getting an insurance company that will pay for it. My husband feels I would be much like you with the surgery and I tend to agree, but I have to start somewhere and losing the weight is a great way to strat. I have been advised by friends who have had the surgery that going to the support groups is a must. How long has it been since you had your surgery?
